If you’re ever felt like you’re learning techniques, but still not able to bring it all together: this is for you. It’s a 6-week cohort that covers the basics of performance and learning for grapplers from nutrition, strength training, training intention, so that you can make the most of your training instead of feeling like you’re wasting time and energy on the mat.
